Department of Real Estate Forums

Department of Real Estate Forums are educational forums conducted predominately for members of the real estate industry. The Forums are held three times per year in conjunction with the California Association of Realtors ® meetings, and present a significant opportunity for a mutual exchange of information between the Department and the real estate industry. It is through these meetings that the Department educates industry on new laws and regulations, and provides industry with an opportunity to ask questions and alert the Department to new trends, fraud or misconduct taking place within the marketplace.
