Once You Pass the Examination

After you pass your licensing exam, and if you didn't file a License Combo Application, you should:

1. Log onto your eLicensing account, visit your exam results and download/complete the appropriate application:

   • Salesperson License Application (RE 202); or
   • Broker License Application (RE 200)

2. Submit the completed license application with:

   • A completed Live Scan Service Request (RE 237)
         Note: DRE cannot issue a license until we receive fingerprint response information. See Fingerprint Requirements for further information.
   • The appropriate Original License Fee.

3. Out-of-state applicants must also submit a completed and notarized irrevocable Consent to Service of Process (RE 234) form. See Out-of-State Applicants for further information.

4. Mail all appropriate documents and fees to:
