Civil Code Section 1675 Information

California Civil Code Section 1675 (g)(8) requires that the California Department of Real Estate publish on its website the current dollar amount of the minimum purchase price specified in Civil Code Section 1675 (g)(1)(B)(ii). The Real Estate Commissioner determines the amount, based on the change in the median price of a single family home in California, as determined by the most recent data available from the Federal Housing Finance Board.
