Request a Speaker from the Department
About the Department’s Speakers Bureau
As a Consumer Outreach program, the Department has made available limited numbers of representatives within the Department to speak at various events. To have a representative from the Department speak at one of your events, a Speakers Bureau Request Application form must be completed and received by the Department three (3) weeks in advance of the event. There must be a minimum of 50 persons in attendance. The Speaker cannot receive gifts or payments for speaking at your event.
Submitting the Speakers Bureau Request Application Form
Bureau Request Application forms may be emailed as an attachment at least three
(3) weeks in advance, to speakerbureau@dre.ca.gov.
Alternatively, you may print out and either fax or mail your request to this address:

You also may mail or hand-deliver your completed Speakers Bureau Request Application form to the DRE District Office nearest you.
